Refund Policy

Cash Chant shall not be liable to refund the amount once paid for any product sold through its website and/or YouTube channel.

In no circumstance the buyer would have any right to demand a refund against the product they have bought through Cash Chant.

Replacement/Return Policy

Replacements are available only for those buyers who receive a damaged product/video link from us. (As our product is online delivery, hence return policy not applicable)

Replacement policy will NOT be applicable in the below cases, doing so would damage the video and will not be eligible for replacement.

  • After installing videos, if you change your PC/Laptop’s or mobile phones date/time in turn trying to extend the product expiry date
  • Trying to record the video contents with recording software
  • Converting the original video format to other format via video converters
  • Copy contents to external drives like Pendrive/hard drive etc.,
  • Sharing video contents via screen sharing apps like Zoom, Skype, G-Meet, MS-Teams, TeamViewer etc.,

Note: Trying to do above things will damage the video, as each video is linked with our software codes and attempting to do would send us an alert message.

In order to apply for Replacement for any products sold through our website, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions: 

  • Notifying CashChant@gmail.com of receipt of a damaged/defective link within 48-hours of delivery to our mail ID(with screenshot proof). If you are unable to do so within stipulated period, CashChant shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order 
  • If PC or laptop crashed due to various issues and/or Android mobile is formatted, notify us within 24 hours. Your request will be invalid if notified after 24 hours

The email sent for above issues/reasons are subject to verification and checks by Cash Chant Team in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return.

Copyright: The copyrights of the all contents sold to you rests with CashChant and Satish Narayan. The course may not be duplicated or copied or resold to other except for archival purposes and all copies made must bear this agreement.

Disputes: This agreement shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the Indian Union.

Jurisdiction: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall be the appropriate venue and jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes hereunder. Both parties hereby consent to such personal and exclusive jurisdiction.
