  • I am new to stock market, can I buy this? And in which language this course is taught as I know little English language only?

Yes, This course is intended for newbies, hence, you can buy this course to start your trading journey. This course is taught(talking) in Kannada language, however the slides/screen in the videos will be in English language, which will be easier for you to understand.

  • I have completed my PUC or Graduations?

        Since the course requires basics reading of English and understanding of Kannada, this course doesn’t require any formal educations like Graduation, PUC etc.,

  • How do I enroll for the course?

  • How much time it takes to get access for the course?
After making the payment do send us the payment details immediately so that you will be granted access for the course within 48hours or 2 working days*.

  •  What are the payment methods?

You can transfer amount via Google Pay or via InstaMojo, this payment app allows Google Pay, BHIM UPI, PhonePe, NEFT/RTGS/Banks Transfers, all major Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking and Money Wallets(like FreeCharge/OlaMoney/JioMoney/Mobikwik). InstaMojo has transactions fee which should be borne by you.

  •  Do you have EMI options?

We do not provide any such options. However, InstaMojo has few options you can check the options while making the payment. Particularly we do not provide any EMIs as of now.

  • My payment failed but Debited in my account or payment made twice?

Check your Bank Statements after the transaction is failed(sometimes it comes in your statement after 2-3 working days). Meanwhile you can send your payment screenshot to CashChant@gmail.com so that we can check in our system. If you have made payments twice share the details to us and duplicate payment* would be returned to you after verification with InstaMojo.

  • Can I download the videos permanently?

You will be shared a downloadable link, which works only with password and cannot be shared, copied or recorded using any software’s. Please refer Refund/Return policy section for more info.

  • What is the validity of the course?

Currently the course is valid for 4 months with unlimited views.

  • Which operating system does these courses support?

Our courses works only in latest Windows software and Android mobiles. Currently Apple IOS and Mac OSX are NOT supported.
  • What are the supports available after purchasing the course?

You will get WhatsApp message support 2 weeks once (30 mins each) and until course validity ends. Conditions applies.

  • Will I get any certification upon completion of the course?

Yes, after 30 days of course purchase you will be sent e-Completion Certification signed by our CEO Founder, Satish Narayan.

  • Does the concepts in the course applies to other financial products?

Yes, this can be applied to Futures/Options, Commodities and Currencies along with Equity/Cash Segment

  • Can I buy part of this course?

Course structure is designed to give complete basics of stock market, hence, no partial contents will helps you or sold partially

  • My downloaded video is damaged, what to do?

If the video is corrupted/damaged while recording or copying via any other means, you will not be issued new video or password and amount paid is non-refundable. Check our Refund/Replacement Policy.

  • If I do not make money after completing this course, can I request for refund of amount?

There is absolutely NO refund policy for any of the courses purchased either from our website (www.CashChant.com) or YouTube Channel (youtube.com/c/cashchant). However, our courses are helping many newbies and planned for Learn and Earn concept in the long-run.

  • Do you provide trade calls or signals or financial advices?

No, we do not provide any trading calls or signals nor financial advices
